Gift voucher orders with postage are delivered by Australia Post Express in two (2) to three (3) business days if ordered by 12pm Sydney time on a business day. Signatures are not required. Unfortunately, China Doll restaurant cannot accept any responsibility for stolen gift vouchers. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to double check the delivery address entered in the purchasing process.
If you have selected the “pick up from restaurant” option, please note, we have limited operating hours due to covid restrictions. We will notify you when your voucher is ready for collection. Please allow 3-5 days.
China Doll restaurant cannot be held responsible if someone other than your intended recipient uses a gift voucher if the delivery address entered is incorrectly. In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the gift voucher details safe.
The Express tracking number for posted gift vouchers is recorded on file at the restaurant. If you require a tracking number please call reservations on (02) 9380 6744.
Please advise if your gift voucher does not arrive within four (4) days. China Doll restaurant attempts to delivery the best possible delivery service to our customers, however, we cannot be responsible for Australia Post.
We advise booking a table at China Doll in advance for peak time periods to avoid disappointment, (i.e. two – three weeks in advance for Friday and Saturday evenings). Reservations are allocated dependent on the reservation date, weather and number of guests.
Gift vouchers may only be used to make purchases at China Doll restaurant and none of its affiliated venues. The total value of the voucher may only be used for one purchase. If a purchase is made for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, the excess must be paid using another payment method.
You cannot cancel your gift voucher once the transaction has been processed. You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift voucher; however, if you lose or misplace the voucher and the information is on our register we can re-issue a new voucher. Additional postage expenses apply.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All orders are charged in $AUD. If ordering from international destinations, you may incur foreign currency charges from your bank. China Doll restaurant has no control over this; please contact your bank to learn about these fees.
All transactions via Visa or Mastercard are processed through Commweb using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. China Doll does not record your credit card details.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
